Summary in brief
Korean Association of Occupational Therapists hosted “the Conference on IPE and CP for the community care” in collaboration with the Korean Association of Health Care for People with Disabilities, Korean Academy of Community Health Nursing and the Korean Academy of Primary Health Care. The conference is divided into two sessions; Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice. Gunma University Centre for Research and Training on IPE was invited to introduce the role of IPE in the first session (Photo 1).
Professor Lee had a presentation entitled “Interprofessional Education and Working: Global and regional initiatives.” He talked about 1) a case presentation of IPE at Gunma University, 2) The roles of IPE in health and social care settings, and 3) activities to disseminate IPE in Asia in collaboration with the WHO (Photo 2).
