Summary in brief
 The De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute-College of Pharmacy in collaboration with the University of Santo Tomas-College of Rehabilitation Sciences, Angeles University Foundation-College of Allied Medical Professions, and the Philippine Interprofessional Education and Collaboration Network (PHIPECNet) hosted the Second Asia-Pacific Interprofessional Education and Collaboration and Philippine Interprofessional Education and Collaboration Joint International Conference (#COLLABforASIA2020). The theme of the conference was “Transforming Asian Healthcare and Social Welfare through Interprofessional Education and Collaboration in the 21st Century”.
 Professor Watanabe was invited as a keynote speaker and had a presentation entitled “IPE initiatives in Gunma University” focused on 1) a case presentation of IPE at Gunma University, 2) current state of collaborative practice at the regional and global levels, and 3) collaborative activities with World Health Organization (Photo 1). Three mission members of WHO Collaborating Centre (JPN-89) disseminated the value and effectiveness of IPE through active discussion with participants from Asian countries (Photo 2).
